After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Economics, Prof. Pancé-Petrova worked as a marketing professional in one of the top global companies – Nestlé, for more than fifteen years. Her role as a Brand Manager for renowned international Nestlé brands such as Nescafé, Maggi and Kitkat contributed to the development of brand equity. Her wide experience in a multinational company has proved to be of great value, as it helps her to thoroughly understand different business contexts and run her own consulting company. She is also an Alumni of IMD business school and participates regularly in their master classes, seminars and business events.
At the same time, she is also a qualified and experienced coach, specializing in corporate coaching recognized as a business performance accelerator, by focusing on individual leadership development. In addition, she works as a Supervisor at Institut de Coaching in Geneva to support the training programs. She has had the benefit of living in different countries and of working in an international environment with extensive use of 5 different languages. She has lived in Switzerland for 20 years and is currently based in Montreux.
